Brian Langtry Joins Harrow  Denver, CO – Brian Langtry and Harrow Sports, a Denver-based manufacturer of athletic equipment and apparel, announced this week that they will join together in Harrow’s first player sponsorship deal.
"We are very pleased that Brian has decided to join our team here at Harrow" stated Mark Hayden, Harrow CEO. "He has been a winner at every level and brings a passion for the game, on and off the field. His experience and insight as one of today’s top players will be a huge asset to Harrow lacrosse.” Langtry, one of Hofstra University’s all time greats, plays for the Denver Outlaws and Colorado Mammoth in the MLL and NLL respectively. He has been a top performer in both leagues finishing 2008 as the third leading midfield scorer in Major League Lacrosse. Langtry won the National Lacrosse League Rookie of the Year Award in 2003, and won the Champion's Cup with the Mammoth in 2006. Brian was recently named one of the NLL’s top 40 players and holds the record for points in one game with 9 goals and 4 assists totaling 13 points last season against the Portland Lumberjacks.
Harrow seeks inspiration and developmental influences from Langtry’s playing style and personal preferences to create future lines of equipment. “I approached Harrow after trying out their new Torrent gloves, they’re the best gloves on the market,” Langtry said. “I met with their product team and saw what these guys are bringing to the table…I endorse Harrow as much as they endorse me.”
Langtry teaches at a magnet school called The Challenge School in Denver, and also runs numerous lacrosse camps and clinics throughout the year. “Working with kids and developing the game is where I spend most of my time these days. To work with a company like Harrow that stands for the good of the game while providing some of the best products, promises to create opportunities where we can really have some fun…”
Originally from Massapequa, NY, Brian now resides in Parker, CO with his wife and two children.
