In PSA Road to Dubai Standings, Gawad is #1

Released today, the Professional Squash Association’s Road to Dubai Standings place #TeamHarrow’s Karim Abdel Gawad in the Number 1 slot, 25 points ahead of current world No. 1 Mohamed ElShorbagy. The announcement comes after Gawad’s string of wins including the Qatar Classic and the PSA Men’s World Championship.

Also in the Men’s top positions are Harrow’s Ryan Cuskelly and Marwan ElShorbagy, both tied for 6th.

The Women’s Road to Dubai Standings place #TeamHarrow’s Amanda Sobhy third and Raneem El Welily 6th. Just out of the top 8 we see Annie Au and Joshna Chinappa tied for 10th, with Omneya Abdel Kawy and Donna Urquhart both in 15th.

Points are up for grabs at each PSA World Series tournament and determine the Standings. Only the top eight players will qualify for the 2016/17 Dubai PSA World Series Finals, which take place June 6 – 10 at the Dubai Opera House.

Congrats to all in the Road to Dubai Standings and GO #TeamHarrow!
