Needham off to a fast start

The Needham (Mass.) High School field hockey team might not be a national power, but the team’s off to a strong start this season, setting a school record with six goals in one win and then upsetting longtime tormentor Dedham. Although a loss followed to rival Wellesley, Needham senior co-captain Miriam Hammer said “I have really high hopes for this season.” Check out more coverage at Wicked Local Needham.
