Round Up: #TeamHarrow at U.S. Open 2016

Held October 8 – 15 in Philadelphia, the PSA Delaware Investments U.S. Open 2016 brought together the top squash players in the world to compete for $150,000 in both the men’s and women’s competitions. With 5 Harrow ELITE Team players seeded in the top 10, masterful performances were given by many #TeamHarrow athletes.

In the Men’s tournament, World No. 4 and winner of last month’s Al Ahram Open, Karim Abdel Gawad advanced clear through to Friday’s semi’s. Facing England’s three-time World Champion Nick Matthew, Gawad fought all the way through to a fifth game tie-break, with Matthew advancing on to the finals.
